We’re a team of experienced and autonomous engineers, who focus on delivery. Our approach is to build valuable software, fast and in a highly structured way.
Besides taking care of our flagship product, the market leader in secure medical data transfer in Switzerland, we love to help our customers design and build high quality software applications.
With a share of over 60% from the Swiss market and recently expanded in South America and other countries, our product enables laboratories MRI centers, hospitals, doctors, health insurance companies and patients to easily and securely exchange medical data, in an unified way.
Based on electronic health records that are stored encrypted and securely transmitted, our product makes it possible for patients to easily keep, manage and use their healthcare information. Whether it is data related to health, fitness or vital signs, patients can store it, manage it and access it on their computer, tablet or mobile phone, at their convenience. They can also easily and securely share the data with their physician and other trusted persons.
While we are proponents of autonomy and speed, our product management experience has taught us first hand the importance of discipline and structure. We follow a light, yet gated approach to software product development, to make sure we start the right way and succeed on time.
The environment we use includes top notch tooling like Bitbucket, JIRA Agile or JIRA Service Desk.

Novcom opens its Romanian development center in Cluj-Napoca, the Heart of Transylvania and Romania's most dynamic IT hub.
A world renowned capital for life sciences, Basel is one of Switzerland’s most dynamic regions. Close to Germany and France, Basel is home to a unique mixture of arts, life sciences, banking and IT. From our Basel office, we proudly support more than half of Switzerland’s doctors and medical institutions by streamlining how they communicate and transfer data, and we are also on the verge of new developments for the sector.
Cluj-Napoca is Romania’s second largest city, and a vibrant academic, cultural and economic center. It is home for more than 15,000 professionals in IT, and the number increases by several hundreds each year. Technical & science education, language skills, a highly vibrant social & cultural life and an already established IT sector – all these make it a real IT hub in the region and a magnet of attraction for students and professionals.
